Cardiff Council has appointed EPS as their new provider to dispose of more than 70,000kg of confidential waste it produces each year. Following a successful tender exercise, ELITE Paper Solutions, has been appointed to collect confidential waste documents from more than 75 sites throughout the city of Cardiff including schools, community hubs and Council offices. It’s that time again, where we’d like to share a journey of one of our staff members, telling their story about working at ELITE. Our journey today is with Luke O’Neill, who originally joined ELITE back in 2015, being one of the first volunteers to walk through our doors. Luke was a shy individual, and came to us low on confidence. Quickly progressing into an important team member, Luke was given a 16-hour a week contract after just 6 weeks as a volunteer.
