Around this time last year we published a press release announcing the Cardiff City Council confidential paper waste tender being awarded to ELITE Paper Solutions, which outlined to dispose of more than 70,000kg of confidential waste from 70 sites which the council produces each year. 12 months on, and the contract has gone amazingly!
