As we love good news stories here at ELITE, we thought it would be a good idea to share with the world some of the journey’s our staff have made with us.
Every month, we’ll upload a new story about one of our staff members to our latest news page. We will also share the stories on our social media platforms, Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn.
Our first journey will be with Karen Evans, our document sorter. Karen has been with ELITE for nearly two years and absolutely loves the job.
When Karen first came to ELITE she was low on confidence and would find it difficult to social with people around her.
“Before starting here, I was actually frightened to social with staff members, but now I get on with everyone here!”.
Karen has gone from strength to strength at ELITE and now one of her favourite things about working here, is meeting new people & interacting with them – which is amazing to see!
When asked if Karen had any highlights or memorable moments here, she replied “I really enjoy my job sorting through the paper, but my biggest highlight is actually starting with ELITE because it’s made such a difference”.
