Our Core Values

Staff Training and Development

Through providing person-centred training, we have been able to assist individuals develop work, life and social skills.

We currently have 60 staff, 37 of which are paid employees with the rest of our team benefitted by people on work experience, volunteers or volunteer mentors.

We are immensely proud to have successfully progressed 140 people on to further opportunities.
