Our vision is to provide work opportunities for people with disabilities and those at a disadvantage and supply excellent information management services to organisations throughout Wales and the UK.

Our values

We see ourselves as a stepping stone, allowing people with disabilities and those at a disadvantage to develop with our support, gain knowledge and skills, and move on and progress within their local communities.

Our experience

Since we started in business in 2015 we have engaged with over 300 people with disabilities and those at a disadvantage, some of which have gained paid employment, work experience or volunteer opportunities.

As a highly successful social enterprise we pride ourselves on both our excellent customer service standards and our competitive prices.

At ELITE Paper Solutions we provide training, skills and job opportunities to people with disabilities and those at a disadvantage, to help empower our local community.

We are always looking for volunteers to join our teams, to meet people, learn new skills and contribute to a successful local business.

Our Environmental Values

Secure Document Disposal

By providing thorough staff training, ensuring that all staff are DBS-vetted, and operating maximum-security premises and vehicles, we ensure that our customers' confidential and non-confidential waste is handled, stored, and (if required) shredded and disposed of responsibly.

Environmentally Conscious

We are extremely proud to be a carbon-friendly enterprise. Every item that we shred is recycled and re-purposed into new products such as kitchen towels.

To date we have:

Recycled over 476 tonnes of shredded paper
Saved over 8,100 trees
Sent zero percent of our waste to landfill

We continually appraise our processes to ensure that we are as carbon-neutral as possible. We are proud to have been awarded the Green Dragon Environmental Standard, which is awarded to organisations that are taking action to understand, monitor and control their impacts on the environment.

We are extremely mindful of our environmental impact, and are fully committed to minimising our carbon footprint.
